Policies and Terms of Service

Payment
We require a 50% deposit of your service order at the time of booking.
The remainder of your balance is due one week before your event. 

In the event of a cancellation 
If an event is cancelled at least 4 weeks prior to the event, the full amount will be refunded except for a $100 cancellation fee.
If event is cancelled 1 week before the event, I cannot give a refund but will reschedule your event.

Fees
A return check fee of $30.00 will be applied to checks that are returned as insufficient fund. Additional rental setup and breakdown fees begin at $25.00. 

Damaged or broken Items
For each Broken Item there will be a fee of $20


What area do we service?
The greater New Orleans Area, Including the Northshore and Baton Rouge


Special Dietary Restrictions
If anyone in your party has a food allergy, please let us know when you reserve your date.

Preparation and Clean up
We require a viewing of your party venue at a designated time after booking
 so that we can make sure there will be enough seating and space for your guests.
We will arrive one and a half hours before your party to set up your venue.


Changes and guest attendance
Changes can be made up to 7 days prior to the event. 

If your party is outdoors, please make alternative arrangements in the event of a weather issue.
